The former headquarters of Brent Council (Wembley, London) sited between Wembley Stadium and Wembley High Road on a 1.9-acre site. This was a very high-profile disposal by the local authority, and our understanding of political nuances and objectives enabled us to succeed as preferred bidder and progress to deliver what is considered to be an outstanding development within Wembley.

Demolition of the existing 12-storey building was followed by construction of 248 new build units across 5 interlinked blocks. The site also held 6,114 sq.ft of retail space, occupied by Sainsbury’s and Costa Coffee, around a new public piazza and landscaped grounds.
