A re-imagining of two existing structures into 24 apartments and 3 penthouses, within an Art Deco-style exterior in landscaped grounds on Putney Hill in London SW15. Front and back façades of the existing buildings were removed and replaced once each floorplate was extended, with the addition of a roof extension. This logistically-complex transformation was achieved on a small footprint at a busy road junction, and created a new landmark building for Putney.
