This project involved the complex structural re-imagining of two existing buildings on Putney Hill, London SW15, converting them into 24 premium apartments and 3 penthouses. The development features an Art Deco-style exterior set within landscaped grounds. To maximise the site's potential, the front and rear façades of the original structures were systematically removed and replaced. This allowed each existing floorplate to be extended, which was completed by the addition of a new roof extension. Executed on a constrained footprint at a busy road junction, this logistically challenging transformation required strict project management and precise engineering. The completed project successfully established a new architectural landmark for the Putney area.
