Located near the Thames in Battersea, this development consists of 51 new build one- and two-bedroom apartments, including 12 social housing units, all set around a central courtyard and play areas.

Construction of this development was logistically complex: it is on an almost entirely enclosed plot on a busy road, and it was built using ‘top-down’ methodology, meaning that the basement was begun once the ground floor slab had been laid and continued whilst the upper floors were constructed. This enabled a more efficient construction programme.
