This project comprised the delivery of a substantial new-build family residence spanning 18,000 sq ft. Configured over five storeys, including two basement levels, the property features six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The scope of works required the demolition of an existing 1930s building followed by extensive deep excavation. The resulting dwelling was finished to an exceptionally high specification, integrating advanced smart-home technology and mechanical systems. The property features extensive private leisure infrastructure, including a spa area, cinema, and bar, alongside a swimming pool engineered with a hydraulic floor that rises to form a functional event space. The home is set within large, landscaped grounds and has been recognised with multiple industry awards.
