Acquisition of a council facility run by the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. The existing buildings were demolished and planning permission was achieved for 61 residential apartments in two adjoining blocks, including 35% social housing. The buildings were constructed from modular lightweight steel, with a basement car park for 26 vehicles. Landscaped gardens and amenity spaces were created on a podium deck above it.
