This acquisition of the listed building of 1-5 High Street, Perth & Kinross Council’s former offices, giving it a new lease of life as a boutique hotel, which is ideally situated for visitors to Perth.

Our plans will ensure that Perth & Kinross Council’s Registrar is preserved, restored and opened up to the public, as part of our conversion of the building to create a 74-suite luxury boutique hotel. We propose naming the hotel The Capital, in keeping with the important and historic former capital city of Perth. This will be a flagship property within our expanding hotel portfolio.
