This project represents the commercial acquisition of 1-5 High Street, the listed former municipal offices of Perth & Kinross Council. The redevelopment gives the historic asset a sustainable new lease of life, transforming it into a flagship 74-suite luxury boutique hotel. Capitalising on its central location, the hotel is positioned to serve the city’s growing corporate and leisure tourism markets. The design proposals ensure that the architecturally significant Council Registrar space is fully preserved and meticulously restored as a core feature of the property. To reflect its heritage, the property will be named The Heiton after its architect, Andrew Heiton, a notable son of Perth. It will serve as a premium anchor asset within our expanding hospitality portfolio, under our Rogue City Hotel Group brand.
